CAMPAIGN ORACLE COOKIE POLICY

Version 1.1 (Alpha review draft)

Status: Alpha review draft — not yet published.

Effective Date: [TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE PUBLICATION]

1. INTRODUCTION

This Cookie Policy explains how Campaign Oracle uses cookies and similar technologies when you access or use the Platform.

Campaign Oracle is operated by Chloe Norcross, a sole trader trading as Mosslight Created ("Campaign Oracle", "we", "us" or "our").

This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

This policy explains the intended use of cookies and similar technologies. Reading it or continuing to browse does not supply consent where separate consent is required.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use an online service.

Cookies help websites and applications:

  • Function correctly.
  • Remember user preferences.
  • Improve security.
  • Analyse usage.
  • Enhance user experience.

Cookies may be temporary (session cookies) or remain on your device for longer periods (persistent cookies).

3. COOKIE CATEGORIES AND PRE-PUBLICATION VERIFICATION

Campaign Oracle may use the following categories of cookies.

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Authentication, session and security technologies may be needed to provide the service requested by the user. Base44 supplies the application's hosting and authentication infrastructure.

A technology is not automatically necessary merely because it is useful. Users can block or delete cookies/storage through their browser, but this may prevent login or other requested functions.

Pre-publication check: confirm the actual names, providers, purposes and lifetimes of necessary cookies and similar storage.

3.2 Performance & Analytics Cookies

Any analytics or monitoring technology must be described according to its actual operation and the applicable legal requirements. Obtain consent where required before optional cookies or similar technologies are set; provide a way to withdraw it.

Google Analytics and a working consent interface have not been confirmed by this launch review. Before publication, audit Base44/provider telemetry, identify each enabled technology and verify the relevant controls.

3.3 Functional Cookies

Preference storage may support interface settings where that functionality exists. Whether consent is required depends on its purpose and the applicable rules; a label such as “functional” does not establish an exemption.

Pre-publication check: verify which preferences are stored, how, by whom and for how long.

3.4 Future Marketing Cookies

No marketing or advertising technology is introduced by this policy update. Do not treat future possibilities as currently deployed services.

Before introducing advertising or marketing storage, update this policy and implement any required consent controls. The absence of third-party advertising cookies must be verified before publication.

4. SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Campaign Oracle may also use technologies similar to cookies, including:

  • Local storage.
  • Session storage.
  • Device identifiers.
  • Analytics technologies.
  • Security technologies.

These technologies may be used for similar purposes to cookies.

5. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Some cookies may be placed by third-party providers.

These providers may include:

  • Analytics providers.
  • Infrastructure providers.
  • Security providers.
  • Payment providers.

Campaign Oracle does not control third-party cookies and users should review the privacy policies of relevant providers.

6. MANAGING COOKIES

Your browser can show, delete or block cookies and similar storage. Blocking necessary authentication/session storage may affect login. See your browser's guidance for the available controls.

Where consent is required for optional technologies, users must have a practical way to accept, refuse and withdraw consent. Continuing to browse or reading this policy is not a substitute for that consent.

Pre-publication check: verify the consent interface and settings actually offered; this draft does not claim a cookie-preference tool already exists.

7. CONSEQUENCES OF DISABLING COOKIES

If certain cookies are disabled:

  • Login functionality may not work correctly.
  • User preferences may not be saved.
  • Platform features may become unavailable.
  • Security protections may be reduced.

Campaign Oracle accepts no responsibility for functionality issues caused by user-controlled cookie restrictions.

8. DATA COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES

Information collected through cookies may include:

  • IP addresses.
  • Browser information.
  • Device information.
  • Session information.
  • Usage information.
  • Technical performance information.

Where cookie information can identify an individual, it will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

Campaign Oracle may update this Cookie Policy from time to time.

Updates may occur due to:

  • Changes in technology.
  • New Platform features.
  • Legal requirements.
  • Regulatory guidance.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Cookie Policy.
